Project Overview

eCreditCareQuestion: Can a custom website design company build a website everything from scratch to suit your impeccably precise requirements, even making the morning coffee? Actually, the answer may surprise you. About a decade ago, the core team of eCreditCare approached Spicore eBusiness Solutions about their desire to develop an online credit repair business. Their initial goal was to create a full service online business that facilitated all aspects of credit counseling and credit score repair. The principle owners had run an established “brick and mortar” credit counseling company, and wanted to build a new dot-com from the ground up offering their extensive services. eCreditCare sought an entire corporate image from their website design and development firm, from planning, design and branding, application programming and development, Internet consulting, and Internet marketing.

The Challenge

The eCreditCare project started with a complete assessment of the current business and the industry as a whole. All aspects of the project, from choosing a name to determining dedicated hosting solutions, logo design, marketing plans, and the actual development of the complex back-end that ran the system, were accomplished by Spicore’s staff.

One of the main purposes behind the eCreditCare project was to not only create a new avenue by e-basing their business, but to create the core of the actual credit management and credit repair system. Current processes were fragmented between multiple systems, excel spread sheets, and other non-integrated piece mail systems.

The principles with eCreditCare wanted us to not only create their websites, logo, branding, and Internet marketing solutions, but to also build a software system that would integrate all their current systems for both online and traditional credit management and credit score repair services.

Solution

The eCreditCare project was challenging, as we needed to simultaneously create a web presence as well as assist in the development of a new online business. Spicore’s main task was to develop an actual dynamic software system that would run the businesses into the future. After researching the current competition, as well as targeted demographics, Spicore began the ideation process of the new business “eCreditCare”, which included logos, stationary, and all traditional marketing and branding packages.

The core of the system is based on the interaction between eCreditCare clients and the eCreditCare credit counselors. By developing a system in which members to the site would have access to all the relevant information needed to administer their account and work to effectively improve there credit rating, the client now has access to:

The back-end system was designed to house and manage all aspects of the credit management process. Through this system, eCreditCare is notified of new sign-ups, both counselors and clients can interact on identifying disputable items, and all items and inquiries challenged by the client are automated. Results are then updated into the system and all processes are cataloged and saved. The system will then update according to the results providing the client real time access to their account status. Reminders of critical process are automatically generated to ensure that nothing is missed, and all services are provided on time and effectively. Spicore also worked with eCreditCare to establish a dedicated hosting solution and now work on an exclusive retainer with them to maintain, back-up and update the eCreditCare business eliminating the need to hire an in-house development team saving them money.
