The back-end system was designed to house and manage
all aspects of the credit management process. Through
this system, eCreditCare is notified of new sign-ups,
both counselors and clients can interact on identifying
disputable items, and all items and inquiries challenged
by the client are automated. Results are then updated
into the system and all processes are cataloged and
saved. The system will then update according to the
results providing the client real time access to their
account status. Reminders of critical process are automatically
generated to ensure that nothing is missed, and all
services are provided on time and effectively. Spicore
